Terms & Conditions.

These terms govern your use of this website and the supply of fresh prepared fruit and vegetables by Forever Fruits & Vegetables Prep Ltd ("we", "us"). By placing an order you confirm that you are a business customer purchasing in the course of trade and that you accept these terms.

1. Orders and quotations

Orders submitted through our Place Order form are requests for supply. A binding contract is formed only when we send written confirmation, including price, quantity and delivery slot.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment terms are agreed in writing at account opening. Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

3. Delivery

We make every effort to meet agreed delivery slots. Risk in the goods passes on delivery. Please inspect goods on arrival and report any issues within 24 hours.

4. Food safety and quality

Our products are prepared under a documented food safety management system and comply with the Food Safety Act 1990, the General Food Law Regulation (EC) 178/2002 as retained in UK law, the Food Safety and Hygiene (England) Regulations 2013, and Food Information Regulations 2014. Allergen information is provided on request and on product specifications.

5. Returns and shortages

Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, returns are accepted only where goods are damaged, defective or short on delivery and reported within 24 hours of receipt. We will replace or refund affected goods at our discretion.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price of the goods supplied under the relevant order.

7. Modern slavery and ethical trading

We follow the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and apply ethical sourcing standards across our supply chain.

8. Intellectual property

All website content, logos, photography and copy are owned by Forever Fruits & Vegetables Prep Ltd and protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
